Product Introduction

Combined polyether for packaging is a polyether polyol blend system specifically used in the production of packaging materials. It is mainly composed of polyether polyols, catalysts, blowing agents, stabilizers and other components. Polyether polyols are the core components, and the diversity of their molecular structure and functionality determines the performance of the final packaging material. For example, polyether polyols with high functionality can produce foams with high strength and toughness. Catalysts are mainly used to adjust the speed of foaming reaction and gel reaction, so that the reaction process can be precisely controlled. The blowing agent can be a physical blowing agent (such as carbon dioxide, pentane, etc.) or a chemical blowing agent (such as water), and its function is to produce gas during the reaction process to foam the polymer produced by the reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate. The function of foam stabilizer is to ensure the structural stability of the foam during the formation process, prevent the foam from collapsing and co-foaming, and make the pore size of the foam uniform.
